The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.^®) is the only process of its kind in the world. It optimises the extraction time and guarantees the very best aroma even for short speciality coffees.

The art of exceptional coffee lies in the preparation which has been perfected during the espresso brewing process, allowing the E8 to make speciality coffees to professional barista standard. The six-level Aroma^G3 grinder ensures that the coffee is optimally ground. It always grinds the beans fresh, quickly yet gently to preserve the beans aroma. The variable brewing unit is adjustable from 5 to 16 grams and ensures optimum brewing conditions at all times.

The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.^®) optimises the extraction time. To make a short espresso, it forces the hot water through the ground coffee at short intervals. This process allows the flavours of the coffee to fully develop. With eight different intensity levels, coffee lovers can customise their coffee just the way they like it. For milk based drinks such as cappuccino/latte, the innovative fine foam technology delivers fine milk foam that’s as light as air.

For those who like to make their favourite coffee quickly, the E8 is ideal. The buttons for the espresso, coffee, cappuccino and milk foam functions are all positioned on the front for maximum convenience. The E8 can even prepare two espressi or coffees at the same time. Thanks to the modern TFT colour display, operating the machine is self-explanatory.

The large bean container has a capacity of 280 grams. A special aroma preservation cover keeps the beans fresh. With a capacity of 1.9 litres, the water tank – which can be conveniently accessed from the front. Clear, symmetrical forms, harmonious lines and a love of detail gives the E8 an elegant aesthetic that looks stunning in any kitchen.

Total hygiene

Maintaining the modern automatic coffee machine is just as simple as preparing tempting speciality coffees. The integrated rinsing and cleaning programmes can be started at the touch of a button to keep the machine impeccably hygienic. Now the dishwasher-safe milk spout can be replaced in a flash. Total hygiene and the perfect milk foam are guaranteed at all times.
