Zuma White Hot Chocolate might not be chocolate (as we know it), but it’s equally satisfying. Made with a blend of cocoa butter and milk powders not cocoa solids, which make chocolate brown, so theres no bitterness.
Hot chocolate is experiencing a revival which accounts for around 15% of all winter hot drinks sales. It’s already an established classic, but now customers are choosing more sophisticated options and looking for more variety.
Recognising this mini revolution, Zuma have created a range of delicious hot chocolates.
Zuma Hot Chocolate is great as a cold chocolate too, mix it up with chilled milk and ice on hot days, or it can be blended with ice and and frappe mixes. Try it with coffee syrups – toasted marshmallow coffee syrup is delicious with it or make an ice blended mocha with it – the possibilities are endless.
Each case will produce 288 hot chocolate drinks depending on the size of the hot chocolate cup used, 72 large servings in each 2kg tin if 25g per portion is used.
To make a 12oz drink, use a 28g scoop of hot chocolate and mix with a splash of hot water to form a smooth paste. Add steamed milk, stir and serve.
For ultimate indulgence, top with whipped cream, marshmallows or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
